To fellow MS'ers///

I don't often use this site as a forum for information... but after searching for information on Gilenya (fingolimod)  I can't seem to get a clear picture of how people who are taking it feel... side effects? efficacy?

Do any of ya'll take this drug? And if so.. what are the pros/cons?  any help would be appreciated.
